Our Return/ Refund Policy

While Jasmas Natural Beauty is constantly striving towards excellent customer service and exceptional customer shopping experiences, we understand that every once in a while, we may run into a small issue from time to time... after all, we ARE human. With our goal of an excellent customer experience with our company at the forefront of our mind, we have made several efforts to create a line of communication for customers to reach us if they should have any issues. 

While we are striving for your complete satisfaction, due to the nature of our business and the fact that products are produced with the full intention to come in contact with your lovely lady/ male parts, we have put strict guidelines in place to keep the health and safety of all of our customers and staff as our top priority. Please read our detailed Return/ Refund Policy below.

OUR POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 virus and the nature of our business, Jasmas Natural Beauty will not accept returns of any products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact customer service at our LIVE chat option and we will be sure to try our best to resolve your concern. Your satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY!

REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AT THE DISCRETION OF Jasmas Natural Beauty ONLY. WE OPERATE OUR COMPANY ON AN OVERALL "NO REFUND" POLICY. Refunds on purchased products are not guaranteed and are on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. If customers experience an issue, Jasmas Natural Beauty will do its absolute best to resolve the issue with the customer to provide a satisfactory experience with our company.

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMES

Jasmas Natural Beauty works to process and ship all orders received promptly following the receipt of your order. We have a standard order processing and shipping time based on the size of your order.

All orders $99 and under will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date the order was placed.

All orders over $100 will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days depending on the items being ordered. Typically, all yoni steaming chair/box orders will be shipped within 5 days of the date the order is received.
